• Both men are Christians and connect fasting to biblical practice.

Kirby's Origin Story

• Working at a pizza restaurant in 2009, a colleague mentioned that a plane didn't hit the Pentagon on 9/11.
• Kirby did an image search, found the ~40-foot circular hole with minimal debris, and concluded the official story was false: "That's a whopper of a lie. What else have they been lying about?"
• He found alternative media (forums, YouTube, Alex Jones) and encountered the chemtrails claim — but initially rejected it as irrational: "Why would anybody do that? That just destroys everything."
• Later, living in San Francisco, he saw a single chemtrail taking up most of the sky. His immediate reaction: "Wow, that's satanic." He committed to fighting it from that point.

The CARB Data — Kirby's "Single Best Piece of Evidence"

• Kirby accessed the California Air Resources Board (CARB) website and generated charts for ambient aluminium and barium (statewide averages).
• Both charts showed elevated and rising levels from 1996 to 2002.
• CARB's own website stated that neither substance should be in the air at all.
• In 2002, rather than raising alarms, CARB stopped sampling for these particles — technically by changing the particle size they sampled for, so they would no longer detect the chemtrail particulates.

The "New Manhattan Project" — Core Thesis

Kirby's central claim is that the chemtrail programme is a second-generation, global weather control weapon system that differs from traditional cloud seeding in three key ways:

• Coal fly ash is the toxic waste byproduct of coal-fired power generation — the ash that rises from burning coal.
• The system uses electromagnetic energy to control the weather: hitting saturated atmospheric particles with their resonant frequency heats them, creating high-pressure zones that push air masses around.
• The HAARP patents (12 patents assigned to APTI/Arco Power Technologies, a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield — a Rockefeller company) demonstrate that wide-beam electromagnetic energy can move particulate-saturated air masses.
• HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) in Alaska was the first major ionospheric heater; the biggest is now in Norway. Many exist worldwide.
• NEXRAD stations (Next Generation Radar) are used for local electromagnetic weather modification, according to Kirby's science adviser (who held a Q clearance with the Department of Energy).

Historical and Financial Roots

The First Popular Mention of Man-Made Global Warming

• 1955: John von Neumann published "Can We Survive Technology?" in Fortune Magazine (a Henry Luce publication).
• Kirby claims this was simultaneously:
  • The first mention of man-made global warming in popular culture
  • The first mention anywhere of the SRM (Solar Radiation Management) geoengineering thesis
• He frames this as problem–reaction–solution: launching the "problem" (global warming) and the "solution" (aerosol spraying) at the same time, giving the military-industrial complex a green light.
• The academic origin was Svante Arrhenius (1895–96), and Kirby notes it was exactly 100 years from Arrhenius's paper to the start of large-scale domestic spraying operations in 1996.

The Rockefeller Connection

• Kirby has a chapter called "The Power Behind the Chemtrails" compiling Rockefeller connections.
• Lawrence Rockefeller (son of JD Rockefeller Jr.) had wartime responsibility for US military aeroplane production and later co-founded Rockefeller Brothers Incorporated (now Venrock, their venture capital firm).
• Other implicated venture capital firms: In-Q-Tel and Draper (now Sutter Hill Ventures).
• Kirby states: "All roads lead to Silicon Valley."

• Enron spearheaded the weather derivatives market in the late 1990s.
• The market is based on a 65-degree threshold (above 65°F → more electricity for air conditioning; below → more gas for heating), originally identified by Professor McQuig at the University of Missouri in the late 1960s.

What Is Being Sprayed and Its Effects

Delivery Mechanism

• Spraying comes from all large jet aircraft: commercial (passenger and freight) and military.
• Kirby believes there are both payload spraying (dedicated compartments in planes) and spiked jet fuels, but payload spraying is primary because spiked fuels cannot achieve sufficient atmospheric saturation without damaging engines.
• Pilots are not activating the sprays — they are operated remotely. Pilots may not know the specifics, though they see the trails.

Disease Correlations

• Alzheimer's: CDC data shows rates "going through the roof" from 1999 to 2014, following the 1996 start of large-scale spraying.
• Parkinson's: CDC data also shows rising rates (1999–2017).
• Kirby links both to particulate matter and coal fly ash exposure.

The "Ablating the Natural World" Motive

One of the most striking claims: Kirby argues the spraying is intentionally destroying the natural world to create demand for a synthetic replacement:

• If the natural world is thriving, you don't need Elon Musk's Neuralink chip, bioengineered aluminium-resistant plants (for which a patent exists), or Big Pharma products.
• The spraying makes people sick, driving them to seek pharmaceutical solutions: "Pfizer has a pill for you."

Where the Elites Escape

• Chemtrails are generally not sprayed in the least industrialised areas — there's "nothing to game" there (no financial markets, no power infrastructure).
• Africa is largely unsprayed (except northern and southern tips).
• Billionaires can live in compounds in third-world countries, effectively beyond the spraying.

Disinformation and Controlled Opposition

• Kirby identifies a huge disinformation campaign built on the core claim that "those are contrails, not chemtrails."
• Many trolls/disinfo agents are bots, but some are paid human operators.

Jim Lee

• Kirby says Lee creates confusion rather than clarity, has an agenda, and is "not seeking truth" — he wants to "beat people over the head with information and convince people of things."

Dane Wigington

• Kirby predates Wigington (Kirby's first work: 2009; Wigington's: 2010, via the film What in the World Are They Spraying?).
• Kirby tried to collaborate; Wigington stonewalled him for 16 years.
• Kirby believes the primary reason: Kirby says man-made global warming is false; Wigington won't say atmospheric CO2 is not a problem. Wigington is "squishy" on the issue.
