127 - Older and wiser

127 - Older and wiser
V and I had our wedding party here, many years ago

🇬🇧 So here we are - still in Belfast and I am yet another year older and wiser - I had a nice birthday celebration with the family here last weekend and we'll do a celebration with the Belgian part of the family next month. Hopefully you are also wiser than you were last year and the year before that. I like to check explicitly for such improvements and one way that I do that is to refer back to my newsletters of previous years. This is one advantage of having been publishing these weekly since the end of 2021 - I now have quite a good collection of data to go back and check. How is your journaling and diary going?

One year ago - 2023

One year ago, I featured Dietrich Bonhoeffer's video on The Theory of Stupidity - if you do not recall it, go back now and check it out - you will see why this is even more relevant today. It was also pretty clear that the WHO would do everything possible to instantiate the ability to "legally" deploy totalitarian restrictions in support of the Empire and its entirely unethical pharmaceutical industry.

Europe was experiencing widespread wildfires although we had not yet seen the Lahaina event in Maui so most people still believed that these were natural and not False Flags. You might want to check what happened within the last week in Jasper Alberta - it certainly looks similar and related to Lahaina and Paradise California and a few other places I could name.

I also highlighted Der Gigi's Family letter - check it out if not fresh in your mind. This is from 7 years ago in 2017. You can do the calculations in your head and everything he says in the letter still applies.

On the projects front we discussed Linux Laptops, anonymous e-SIMs and Cashu eCash. All of these are progressing well and they are options you might want to consider going forward, at least to have as an available backup option if/when needed.

74 - Another year, another birthday
🇬🇧 Another year, another birthday - older and wiser! This year I am here again in Belfast on my birthday. Just like last year the weather seems to be fine everywhere else except here in Belfast! It was a quieter day than last year and that’s OK. V and I have

Two years ago - 2022

At this time I had just recently finished my last consulting assignment - the incoming ESG requirements being against all rational argument and common sense and I just could not bring myself to participate, so I opted out. For sure Mathias Desmet was right about "Mass Formation Psychosis". With hindsight this was certainly the right decision for me. We have discussed before about "Exit, Voice or Loyalty" and this was yet another time when Exit was the right choice.

22 - Happy birthday to me
This week was my birthday - a significant one being a Leo from the Year of the Tiger - so full-circle! We did get the whole family together and it was good to meet everyone face to face - quite a while since this last happened and I wonder when

Book of the week

This week's book is one that I bet you have never heard about. It is certainly well off the beaten track but I have been reading it for the last couple of months and it is an interesting, if not straightforward, read - it will challenge you.

  • Thinking and Destiny - by Harold W Percival is a philosophical work that explores the nature of human existence, consciousness, and the purpose of life. Percival argues that thoughts are the real creators of one’s destiny and that the mind has immense power in shaping reality. The book delves into the concept of the Triune Self, consisting of the Knower, the Thinker, and the Doer, each playing a crucial role in personal development. It discusses the eternal nature of the soul and the process of reincarnation, emphasising moral and ethical living. He explores the interconnectedness of all beings and the universe, advocating for a life aligned with truth and higher understanding.
  • The special purpose of this book is: To tell the conscious selves in human bodies that we are inseparable doer parts of consciously immortal individual trinities, Triune Selves, who, within and beyond time, lived with our great thinker and knower parts in perfect sexless bodies in the Realm of Permanence; that we, the conscious selves now in human bodies, failed in a crucial test, and thereby exiled ourselves from that Realm of Permanence into this temporal man and woman world of birth and death and re-existence; that we have no memory of this because we put ourselves into a self-hypnotic sleep, to dream; that we will continue to dream through life, through death and back again to life; that we must continue to do this until we de-hypnotise, wake, ourselves out of the hypnosis into which we put ourselves; that, however long it takes, we must awake from our dream, become conscious of ourselves as ourselves in our bodies, and then regenerate and restore our bodies to everlasting life in our home—The Realm of Permanence from which we came—which permeates this world of ours, but is not seen by mortal eyes.
  • Then we will consciously take our places and continue our parts in the Eternal Order of Progression. The way to accomplish this is shown in chapters which follow.

Intriguing as this is, he claims that everything he wrote came to him just by thinking about it - he explicitly disclaims any other influences, research or divine inspiration. The book is freely available in PDF, online and audiobook. I include this here for reference and in the spirit of Ethical Skepticism as we have discussed many times.

A better starter book in this area for most people (IMO) is probably The Kybalion - you can click here for a comparison.

🛠️ Project Updates

This week I have a couple of important updates on Bitcoin. The first is a timely and interesting monologue by Guy (who has read more about Bitcoin than anyone you know). The second update is on Silent Payments - this is a new capability that gives you something akin to a Bank Account Number to receive payments and all payments to that address are essentially private - similar in may ways to Monero payments. And a Nostr insight to complete the roundup.

Hard truths

It's time to accept some hard truths. Today we are going to challenge some common assumptions about Bitcoin's scalability, privacy, and transaction fees. Is Bitcoin really even global peer-to-peer cash for everyone? Is privacy even still in the cards for Bitcoin? Is there anything left in crypto at all? And what will be the future nature of fees when Bitcoin is a global dominant store of value, and is there an analogous market can we explore today for insight into what this market may look like in the coming decades?

The weaknesses that he discusses can be, and need to be addressed at higher levels eg with Lightning, Chaumian eCash, ARK and maybe still other things we have not imagined. Interestingly no other blockchain network can solve all the problems and it is time for people to work together more in collaboration, leveraging each solution for what it does best, rather than the perpetual disparaging of every "non-you" offering.

What is interesting is that Silent Payments goes a long way to addressing the privacy issues and leverages technology similar to that used in Monero - and it is now available one of the main Monero wallets, Cake Wallet. It does this without any change needed on Bitcoin consensus layer and with no additional on-chain data. Read on for the full story.

A bitcoin username or account number?

I first heard about Silent Payments many months ago and my first reaction was to dismiss it due to the apparent need to scan the blockchain for payments for you. In fact the truth is very different and the experience is quite similar to that of using Monero and even better if your Monero wallet has been offline for an extended period. Listen and learn.

I agree with Guy's take above 0n the hard truths and I think these folks have the right approach to improving privacy on bitcoin. As they explain, there is no silver bullet rather a collection of solutions optimised to different scenarios. Which one is used can be hidden for the user using wallet (signer) best practices in combination with user-expressed preferences.

Nostr vs Twitter (aka X) - an interesting comparison

Guy points out one nice difference between Nostr and Twitter (aka X). I have to agree with him and as the comments below his post point out, Nostr is not yet perfect but it is a quantum leap in the better direction and it is improving every day.

Guy Swann
Holy shit, I think I just realized a direct and concrete way that I’ve personally experienced to how #Nostr completely changes the social incentives: • Rage and hateful posts on Twitter get the most attention. • Positive and happy posts on Nostr get the most zaps. It really was just monetization all the time. When attention is the currency, negativity and hate rise to the top because the platforms need people arguing. When sats directly from peers are the currency, value rises to the top. (Anyone else feel they’ve had this same experience?)

The view from Ireland

Eddie's book is not out yet but you likely want to bookmark this and check back for it in a bit. You will see clearly how the Cantillion effect works and how they pervert money to keep populations suppressed and docile or else in conflict within themselves. Do not participate in this evil.

Maverick - it is nearly time...

Maverick's latest take seems pretty much spot-on - and it is delivered in his inimitable manner. Well worth a listen.

What you see is not what you get

You might recall the last update that I published by Stavroula in June of last year. In that she explained all you really needed to know about Ukraine. In this latest interview she extends that analysis considerably. You will see how deep the evil goes. You need to see through the lies and do not participate.

Ole Dammegard nails it - it is time to wake up!

We have discussed quite a few times about how the Empire uses False Flags to mislead and confuse people. As always, Ole Dammegard is fully on top of what apparently happened on July 13th and you should pay careful attention. Do not be misled.

Revelation 13:3 states:

"One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast."

Recall what Judy Woods explained about 9/11 - people see what they are told to see. Pay attention too to the discussion on karmic revelations about his ear at St Cloud. Also the discussion in weaponisation of the English language to prevent you from being able to express yourself. So - can you see through it or have you been hypnotised and blinded by the "magick spells"?

🤔 Closing Thoughts

I have just one closing thought this week. It is a lengthy but fascinating watch and you likely should watch it if you want to understand what is happening around you.

Going back a little, the 2012 Olympic opening ceremony was timed perfectly with the ancient Pythian Calendar of Delphi...the Temple of Apollo. This ceremony is an astounding message to those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

After this ritual breakdown you will never see these ceremonies the same again.

Click to watch - Jason has the complete A-Z explainer of this ceremony and ritual

You can watch the - full 2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony here. It is interesting that likely no such video will be available of the Paris 2024 ceremony; even the official Olympics Website took down their own video after widespread public outcry at the evil symbolism and lunacy therein. Interesting times indeed - was that misjudgement or all by design?
