154 - Much good advice
Belfast City Hall by night

🇬🇧 We are still here in Holywood "enjoying" the cold, gray weather. I managed to do quite a few walks along the lough. You will be surprised how many people are out there every day, enjoying the fresh air and great views along the coast.

We have been meeting with family and friends this week. Other outings this week included Bangor and Belfast although the weather was mostly depressingly gray this week, albeit a bit less cold than last week. We are certainly looking forward to being back home in the warmth of SE Asia.

On Tuesday we also got out to the Belfast Bitcoin meetup at Rusty Saddle. It was nice to meet up with all the familiar faces and we had a great evening and some good chat. Of course I took the opportunity to share insights on Cashu and Minibits Chaumian eCash as well - these are all good for low value transactions and along with Fedi, represent good alternatives to Wallet of Satoshi. Other tools that we discussed include Phoenix and Aqua. If you are curious and want to know more check here.

Video and Book of the week

I have a couple of highlights to share this week. First up is a superb video from Ali. I have to say that it was his Ali who inspired me to start my own website and newsletter back in 2021 - thanks, Ali!. After that I have a most interesting book to recommend. You will be well aware that the more vehemently the Empire rejects and vilifies something, the more likely there is to be truth inside - this in one such case.

Video of the week

In this latest video he encourages everyone (young and old) to have their own website. As he explains, there is no technical constraint - it is easy. Also, if you are more of a Millennial/GenZ, to say that you are "not technical" is likely getting off on the wrong foot for what is certainly coming.

Just watch it and learn - then do it

The Biology of Belief

This week "The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton challenges traditional views on genetics and biology. The central premise is that our mind, beliefs and thoughts have a much more profound impact on our biology and overall health than you were ever allowed to think.

Recommended reading - it will open your mind

He claims that thoughts and beliefs can directly control gene expression and rejects genetic determinism. He controversially asserts that the cell membrane, rather than the nucleus, is the true "brain" of the cell. He promotes the idea that your mind/beliefs and thoughts can cure many diseases.

He also strongly opposes vaccines, highlighting the then (in 2005) available evidence regarding the link between vaccines and autism - obviously this "wrongthink" was (and still is) ignored and punished by the system.  This week I also came across this latest evidence on this topic - see this link.

Honest AI reads the Mawson paper on autism and recommends the CDC warn all parents that it’s more likely than not that vaccines cause nearly 80% of autism cases
When you free AI Chatbots from the shackles of having to support the narrative, this is what you get--an honest response.

Fasten your seatbelt for this one - what you might have feared is likely true

Key Ideas in the book

  1. Cell Intelligence: Lipton argues that cells are incredibly smart and adaptable, with their behaviour controlled by the cell membrane rather than the nucleus. Specifically cells with their nucleus removed continue to function for months - they are just unable to reproduce since they lack the DNA in the nucleus.
  2. Environmental Influence: He goes on to explain that environmental signals, including our thoughts and perceptions, play a crucial role in shaping our biology. He presents much evidence that this is not DNA or gene related showing multiple examples where identical genes result in very different results. All of this challenges the concept of genetic determinism.
  3. Evolution and Cooperation: Cooperation, rather than competition, should be the central tenet in our understanding of evolution. There then follows evidence that our conscious and subconscious minds significantly influence our physical health through chemical signals in our body. Obviously this strikes right at the heart of Darwin's Theory of Evolution and the empire fervently rejects any challenge on this topic - however it seems that even Darwin himself had some doubts in this direction (of course they have been suppressed).
  4. Placebo Effect and Power of the Mind: The mind's power over the body is demonstrated through the placebo effect, highlighting the role of belief in healing. Lipton explains the difference between the Conscious and Unconscious mind and how this influences our behaviour and biology. Recall that we have discussed both of these topics back in Newsletter #136 in Massimo Citro's Basic Code of the Universe - another book that the Empire does not want you to read.

Other authors that the Empire does not want you to read include: Rupert Sheldrake on Morphic fieldsErvin Laszlo on the Akashic fieldDavid Bohm and Karl Pribram on Holographic Paradigm, and Masaru Emoto on the memory of water and homeopathy.

Do get your own copy of these while you can - and remember that Annas Archive is a great source of things that can be hard to find. I do recommend that you use and support them. We discussed this extensively in Newsletter #131.

🛠️ Project Updates

This week I have again been rather busy with family matters - so the project work is a bit "in park". That said, I do keep up with many highly relevant insights relating to the tech that we all use and will need to use going forward. Adopting these best practices will protect you and put you in a much better position going forward.

The Simplest Bitcoin book - and Nostr too

I recommend this little book for your weekend reading. It is available free of charge and you can easily read it in a couple of hours. This is the second edition of the book and it has been expanded to include recent indicators and anecdotes as well as a whole section on what is Nostr and why that too is important.

The following are links from my NetNewswire feeds - learn, enjoy and share.

Has peak globalism passed?

Even if Guy is right, the undoing of all the years (decades?) of nonsense and criminality is going to be a bumpy ride - and both Europe and UK seem to be doubling down on their insanity. My intuition tells me that this is just another scene in the movie and the Empire is playing both sides as usual. As you ought to know by now, you do have the possibility to opt out and it could be well to do so.

Maverick's day has come

He finally gets to say, "I told you so" - and he certainly did. You might want to watch this for a well-considered and experienced analysis. Pay attention to his analysis of Facebook and Microsoft - he is surely right. You may want to consider if he is also right on the rest of his outlook - I leave that for you to decide.

Maverick's day has come

You know that I love to consider contrarian viewpoints and Anthony Pomp certainly has a somewhat contrarian view - citing many examples including washing machines, solar panels and steel. You would do well to give this one a read - or he will read it to you if you prefer. I think this is well-worth considering.

For completeness, there are yet other contrarian views. For example, perhaps these tariffs will never come and they are just "shock and awe" tactics to launch negotiations from a point of strength. Whatever, you ought to know by now that you are best to observe these shenanigans and not to participate or give them your energy. As the week panned out - this latter one seemed to be spot-on.

Nury and Neil both spotted this

Nury was the first one to pop up in my feeds with this story. He is a rather interesting character, based in HK. Much of what he presents is quite insightful, however I usually wait to get some further substantiation on his more controversial or outspoken topics. This one is now rather well confirmed.

Nury was the first one to highlight this

A couple of days later, Neil surfaced this comprehensive analysis of the activities of USAID. Listen and learn - it is indeed as bad or worse than Nury said. Even I was surprised by a few of these revelations.

Click for the litany of crimes of USAID

There is plenty of supporting evidence for all of this (and much worse) - eg this one from Chris Martenson. Burn it down.

Mario explains the cause and consequences rather well

Mario nails the root cause of much of the problems that you will see in the months ahead. He is right on how money has been defined when it worked well and he is right about the 54 year aberration that we have lived through. I am sure that some of his gold expectations will be fulfilled however for most individuals (and the same applies for company treasuries and even nation states) I think people will recognise that Bitcoin is an "even better gold" - for reasons that we have discussed extensively here. Even Mario begins now to consider Bitcoin!

"It might make sense just to get some in case it catches on"
~ Satoshi Nakamoto - early 2009
Click for a rather clear explanation - continually re-defining the inch, pound or kilogram

You will get an interesting history lesson from Mario here. As we have discussed you may well be surprised to find that many things you had been taught and told are just not true. Once seen, you cannot unsee these things.

If you enjoyed this one above - try Mario's latest findings around the LBMA (London Gold Market). Pay attention to what is a Bucket Shop and reflect on the implications of his assertion.

🤔 Closing Thoughts

This week I have another two rather different but very interesting closing thoughts. First up is from Dan and his thoughts for events in February and March - he presents his arguments and supporting evidence rather clearly. Next up is a superb explainer by Chase of The Game of Life - you must watch this.

Neptune on overdrive

Dan does a rather interesting analysis of events over the last few months, showing how these did "correlate" with signs and conjunctions that were well known in advance. He goes on to show what such signs have to say about events in the coming months. You might well want to watch this and keep it in mind.

Watch and reflect - his outlook for 2025 is also worth watching

In this video like his other videos he give many specific examples rather than vague generalities that you might expect for Astrology. For example these conjunctions: 28 Apr 2008 and Cyclone Nargis, 9 Oct 1991 and the "Perfect Storm in US and CA", Dec 1974 and Cyclone Tracy destroying Darwin.

Just Wow! The best explanation ever?

If you have ever wondered about life, the universe and everything you will want to watch this incredible video from Chase. He is a very interesting character - his material is superb, being authoritative, well substantiated and clearly presented. This one is particularly good - you must watch it.

Click to watch - WDYT? Who knew?

Depending on your current level in the game, you may or may not find new things in this. Regardless, he gives the clearest possible explantation of the in-game Quests (Curiosity, Passion, Purpose, Autonomy and Mastery) as well as many other attributes that are essential to master. The explanation of the Leader Board is rather clear too. Don't skip this one.
