187 - Motorbike trikes
Back at Ponta do Sol...

🇵🇹 This week V and I got out and about around the North and East of the Island by jeep and by motorbike trike. You have likely seen photos of motorbike trikes before and you may even have been on one yourself - it's good fun - give it a go if you get the opportunity!

We visited many places that we had not been to yet - including: Santa Cruz and Machico with its old fort at the original landing spot of the Portuguese on the island. From there we went up to the viewpoint at Pico de Facho and out to the Miradouro da Ponta do Rosto on the very far east of the island and on round along the north of the island via the steam-powered sugar-cane Rum distillery before heading back via Portela.

I also got to go back to Ponta do Sol (above). This is the digital nomad centre of the island. Other attractions include being the sunniest beach on the island (admittedly only stones, no sand) and being home of Madeira's famous Banana museum - yes, this is the centre of banana production on the island.

Book of the week

This week I felt guided to pick and read up the new Dan Brown book - Secret of Secrets. I haven't read any of his books since the Da Vinci Code about 20 years ago but, as you know, there are no coincidences.

It's a long book but I cracked through it on my Kobo in a couple of days. It was a surprise to find so many of the concepts and topics that I have been covering here in the newsletter so prominently featured. Apparently he has been researching the material for this for 8 years. Interesting too that one of the books recommended to read in the text is The Holographic Universe - we also discussed that in quite some detail here.

In the Secret of Secrets you will find discussion on: where your consciousness resides, what happens when you sleep and dream, what happens during and after epileptic fits, remote viewing, precognition, retrocausality, psychedelics, the interconnectedness of all things, as well as what happens during orgasm and when you die. There is also plenty of geopolitical intrigue, symbolism, blackmail and coercion and quite a few plots running concurrently - you will also see clearly how compartmentalisation works. To me it is a sign of the times (ἀποκάλυψις) that all of these topics come into the mainstream now and you might do well to pay attention rather than go with all the distractions.

You know that I am not such a fan of fiction but I did enjoy this book and I do recommend that you read it; you will uncover the secret of secrets. Also, rather interesting is the behind the scenes look below - they are clearly aiming for a large market:

There are no coincidences...

After all that I stumbled across this recent lecture delivered by Rupert Sheldrake in London. So many of Rupert's points touch directly on the lessons and learning from the Secret of Secrets. Listen and learn - links to specific topics are below - you will learn a lot about the history of the world and how we end up where we are now.

Further confirmation

After I had written the above, one of my subscribers felt compelled to send me the following lecture to review. Do listen to it - there are dozens of fascinating pieces of evidence - not least that on "free won't"!

Click to watch and listen - a fascinating lecture

Remember too that under the scientific method, all you need to disprove a theory is one piece of contrary evidence. There are thousands of pieces of such evidence that disprove mainstream theory but the Empire continues to ignore them all. Wake up - you are being gaslit and deceived on so many things.

🛠️ Project Updates

The following are updates from some projects that I am following, supporting and collaborating with. These are all part of the Parallel Systems that we need to build and use. What are you doing?

Fedimint revisited

Fedi is the second of the two flavours of Chaumian eCash - Cashu being the other. Fedi aims to be a more industrial strength version that is suitable for worldwide deployment with easy out-of-the-box deployment as opposed to the enthusiast approach of Cashu. Fedi has been dogged by some challenges on the way, not least with the xyz domain, however it is good that it now seems to be progressing well.

Justin and Brad are contributors to the Fedimint open source project. This is a great interview with Matt - you will learn a lot. They do not shy away from technical discussion and I do encourage you to participate in the testing if you have the ability and time.

Obsidian revisited

You will likely recall that I am very much a fan of Obsidian. Whilst Obsidian is not open source, your notes are stored in markdown text files that are fully portable and there is an incredibly vibrant Community Plugin marketplace, all freely available. The latest development of Bases (as in data-bases) makes Obsidian even more powerful and you can combine this with freely available plugins for all your book research needs and more.

Librivox App

I am also a fan of audiobooks - both to listen as I read on my Kobo and also sometimes just to listen. I have long been aware of Librivox, the open platform that makes available volunteer-read books for free. What I did not know until recently is that they have a great app - both iOS and Android. Give it a whirl and you can thank me later!

If all your audiobooks are currently held captive in Audible you might want to look at Libation - give it a go and you can thank me later as a few of you have already done!

Can you see it yet?

Jon Levi is an interesting character. I have previously recommended his book, Evidence of Old Word that he wrote with David Edward. He lives out in rural Utah now and often provides thought-provoking content.

His first remarks this week on sticks and stones obviously relate to recent events and you want to think carefully about what he says. After that he goes on to point out some other things that you will not be able to unsee once you see them.

1901 - the story does not add up or hold water - WDYT?

If it walks, looks and quacks like a Ponzi scheme...

Another rather clear video that is short and to the point. Hopefully you do understand this by now - but it may well be useful for you to share with others who are still having trouble seeing.

You cannot taper a Ponzi - first out, best out - click to watch

Indeed the events following August 1971 tell a rather clear story - we are now reaping that harvest.

TC sees it rather clearly

TC has been reflecting on all this recently too. His video is rather inspiring considering his age and how many of his generation he is bringing along with him. Click to listen to his latest walk-and-talk.

Rather good questions and some pretty clear answers

ICYMI: buying bitcoin is the most effective vote that you can make against the Empire; unlike your vote in various (s)elections, this vote really counts. You are selling their fiat and buying a scarce asset (money) that is outside the Ponzi scheme. Be sure to hold it in self custody to have full soverignty - the ease of doing this makes bitcoin superior to gold, the other sovereign asset.

Adam is spot on - there is a life raft!

Welcome to the circus tent of late-stage crony-capitalism. It is easy to get discouraged but there are useful steps that you can take once awake to what is happening.

In this video Adam guides you through eight rings of insanity going on around you: broken institutions, money printers gone mad, NPC politicians, TikTok brainworms, AI pink-slipping you at the speed of light, ESG-soaked megacorps, and the yawning spiritual void funded by Amazon Prime and dopamine.

He then gives some rather sensible advice - DYOR and choose wisely - do not say that nobody told you.

There is a life raft - for those who want it - do or do not, that is your choice

After the smoke clears he unveils the life raft that floats above the wreckage: Bitcoin, the incorruptible middle finger to every grifter siphoning your time, wages, and sanity.

🤔 Closing Thoughts

Normally I would include something esoteric and/or provocative in the closing thoughts. Since some of you will have found the material above somewhat challenging, I am closing out with something lighter this week. This also shows another side of Jason.

Not only has Jason read and studied all of the ancient and authoritative texts but he has also read all of the Star Wars books and watched all the movies. He uses his incredible analytical skills to unearth insights and connections that you surely never appreciated. Sit back and enjoy as he takes you on this week's journey.

CLick for the complete A-Z explanation like you have neveer heard it before - backup here

Jason covers Star Wars (1977), The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Return of the Jedi (1983)- as you never saw or appreciated them before. He reveals many things that you will not have understood unless you read and studied all the books as well.

You will be amazed by Jason's knowledge of detail and his mastery of all his material.
