188 - It's all East from here

🇵🇹 🇬🇧 We had a great last weekend in Funchal - enjoying our west-most location for the coming year or so. Porto Moniz was the west-most spot that we visited. From now on we're heading East of here!
Funchal has been a good location for us. We were based right in the centre of town, beside the Jardim Municipal and everything was within walking distance. The weather has been great and people here are friendly with a great culture of open-air cafe and walking in the streets that are full of all sorts of shops. If you need something here, you need to get it from the shops and if they do not have it, it will be at least two weeks to have it delivered. The joy of island life.
As this newsletter goes out, V and I are in Holywood for a couple of days - do reach out and say hello if you are nearby and want to meet up or chat. Next stop: Bangkok.
Interview of the week
They control the narrative to control you. What happens when you stop feeding the fear machine? In this straight-talking conversation, Ole Dammegard shares the biggest lessons from 40+ years down the “rabbit hole,” why he’s stepped back from the noise and how he now chooses to live: less screen, more heart, more nature and more courage. Ole discusses fear programming, AI deepfakes, media choreography, saying NO without hate and his new “light-minded” sanctuary project in Bali.

If you’re tired of panic headlines and ready to reclaim your attention, this one’s for you. What you’ll hear (Ole’s perspective):
- How fear is manufactured and why he stopped trusting anything that arrives through a “smart” screen
- Authority & algorithm “mind control” 101 - the tools used on you daily
- From outrage to inner balance: living from heart, not headlines
- Courage over compliance: the school-yard bully rule for geopolitics
- Why he’s building Selalu (a sanctuary of light-minded friends) in Bali and what “community without committees” looks like

We discussed all this and related topics already here. What are you doing? Happy to discuss.
Book of the week
Another book that I felt guided to pick up and read this week is this one. Itzhak Bentov provides a new perspective on human consciousness and its limitless possibilities. He explains the familiar world of phenomena giving a provocative picture of ourselves in an expanded, conscious, holistic universe. Itzhak Bentov was an outstanding exponent of the new science of consciousness up until his untimely death in 1979. His other book (posthumously completed by his wife) is - A Brief Tour of Higher Consciousness - is also recommended.

A fabulous read from the 1970s
The book was written in the 1970s and it is in a very different style from books today. It is fun to read and there is a real summary at the end of every chapter! Even if you do not read the whole thing, do read at least the first few chapters.
You will appreciate how and why you can sense things - eg the attitude in a room, whether people are friendly or unfriendly or if you "resonate" with them or not. You will see how pendulums synchronise and appreciate how people also radiate frequencies that synchronise and combine in resonance or discord.
Other themes discussed include:
- Micro- and macro-scale parallels: He frequently draws parallels between structures and processes in the body (heartbeat, breathing, brain rhythms) and cosmic or physical systems, suggesting homologous patterns repeat across scales.
- Altered states and inner travel: The book examines meditation, dreams, near‑death and out‑of‑body experiences as shifts in resonance or changes in the way a system couples to different “levels” or dimensions.
If you need help to get warmed up to reading this I recommend the video below. It includes one of the most famous interviews of Itzhak before his untimely death - as well as those of two other researchers who also met untimely ends. Remember - there are no coincidences.

This video is a curated compilation of the most revealing ideas from three minds who dared to explore the secrets of reality. You will get a glimpse into the visions of three minds who dared to pierce the veil of ordinary reality. Itzhak Bentov, Michael Talbot, and Jacobo Grinberg were not just researchers — they were explorers of the leading edge of what you should know.
- (02:45) - Itzhak Bentov - linking consciousness to the physics of the brain and the universe
- (25:58) - Jacobo Grinberg - researcher and psychologist exploring consciousness telepathy and extraocular vision
- (48:42) - Michael Talbot - author of The Holographic Universe, linking quantum physics and consciousness

🛠️ Project Updates
This week I am focusing in on some tools that you ought to know about and will likely find rather useful. What are you doing?
Vertical tabs in Brave
For a long time I have been aware of people who raved about Vertical Tabs, rather than the usual default of horizontal in your browser. I did try it a few times and quickly gave up each time since it was so different and it never really "clicked". The last week or so I switched to vertical tabs in Brave browser with determination and I am not going back - it really is so much better. Try it and let me know your thoughts.
Some tips: you likely do want to use Tab Groups to group tabs that are related and you will probably want to have separate Windows (and name them) to separate projects and major activities (eg research, projects, watching, one for Tor etc). Right click on any tab to add it to a Tab Group or move it to another Window. On Mac CTRL-down or CMD-` (the back-tick, under the ESC key) lets you quickly switch between windows - on Linux use ALT-tab.
Downie, Grayjay and yt-dlp
You likely have noticed how YouTube is becoming ever more aggressive in enforcing the Empire agenda on you and feeding you propaganda via enforced "ads". You can eliminate all the noise by using Brave Browser with uBlock Origin extension installed - just do it.
After that you can avoid the algorithm by following your trusted researchers via RSS feeds or using GrayJay. You may well also want to safestore copies of useful and interesting material for future reference given how things tend to disappear and get modified online.
yt-dlp: this is a feature-rich command-line audio/video downloader with support for thousands of sites. The project is a fork of the venerable youtube-dl. It is frequently updated to deal with the latest tricks of the Evil Empire.
Grayjay: Grayjay enables you to create and watch video content in your own terms, fully retaining ownership and having control over what you watch. Your content on your terms. Another fabulous open source offering from Futo - do donate to support them.
Downie: Ever wished you could save a video from the Internet? Search no more, Downie is what you're looking for. Easily download videos from thousands of different sites. This is a paid app but it has a 14 day free trial to make sure it is right for you and it does have support for any issues you may encounter.
You likely do want to have all of these in your armoury. They all come in useful at different times in different circumstances. When one fails for you, one of the others will likely get the job done.

The following are links from my NetNewswire feeds - learn, enjoy and share.
Whitney says it like it is
Whitney Webb and Mark Goodwin are investigative journalists, based in Chile. Here they discuss with Marty to examine how surveillance infrastructure expands under the Trump administration through Palantir contracts and digital ID implementation.

Their discussion covers stable coin legislation driving global capital flight, Vietnam's mass debanking requiring biometric verification, and California's new hate speech laws targeting social media platforms. They analyse how domestic terrorism rhetoric justifies pre-crime surveillance technology, drawing parallels to Operation Gladio's strategy of tension. The conversation explores how Agenda 2030 goals continue through ESG scores and financial control mechanisms, while examining the transhumanist philosophies of tech "elites" (aka parasites) like Peter Thiel. They discuss Patriot Act expansion into cryptocurrency surveillance and the importance of building local resilience networks outside digital control systems.
Closing this chapter
In their monthly discussion together, Hrvoje, Mike and Monica take a well-informed and dispassionate look at events in the world. There really is no need to watch the news every day and get caught up in the fear propaganda. Better to listen to monthly reviews and assessments like this.
The events on 10 September were clearly orchestrated, designed to inflame emotions in the population and divide people up against each other instead of against the Empire that is causing all the distress and trouble. We may never know the full truth but one thing you know for certain: The official story is bullshit - this is a classic False Flag event.

A great review of events of the last month
Occurring just before 9/11 this event conveniently distracted all the news from the growing public awareness of the lies behind events of 9/11 and the demands for proper release and prosecution of the Epstein files, all of which were front of mind until this event. You are being psychologically manipulated.
Do not participate in the nonsense. Opt out and live your life with others who are awake and important to you. Do not give your energy to the beast. If you need more constructive suggestions, go back to watch Ole's latest video above.
Also - be on the lookout for similarly polarising events in UK and Europe in the coming month or two. They can come in many forms but you can be sure they are orchestrated False Flags and they will be used by the Empire to coerce and enforce submission and compliance.
Upside Down no more
Another good weekly source of high quality material is Greg Carlwood and The Higherside Chats. He recently did a great interview with Mark Gober, author of the "End of upside down ...." series of books - 7 books in 7 years and they are all good reading too!

I have previously recommended his first piece of work - the podcast series: "Where is my mind". You should be well aware by now that it is not confined to inside your head.
Charlie Robinson also did an excellent interview with Mark recently - it is also well worth a watch.

Wake up - it's time
Another rather clear and challenging video from Jon in deepest Utah. Once you do wake up, you really will wonder how you did not see all these things before.

🤔 Closing Thoughts
Closing out this week with a fascinating interview that leads on to multiple threads you can follow and investigate. Take your time and open your eyes and mind.
Could everything be a lie?
You need to fasten your seatbelt for this one. You may or may not be ready for what seems to emerge as the truth on multiple topics, very different from what you had believed.
This interview is part of the series where Jason meets with other researchers and they discuss to learn what they have uncovered in years or often decades of research.
I had long been aware of Roger Mudfossil and whilst his explanations of the great dragon in Africa (and a multitude more things) do look very convincing, they are on such a scale that, like Michael, I had dismissed them till now. Michael lives in Spain next to a rather interesting mountain. Listen as he explains how insight and realisation grew on him and what he did about it.

You can click here for the whole series of video detailing his realisation and subsequent investigation - once seen, you cannot unsee these things.

For those who want to go further - below are some of the threads that came out from this interview that you can follow along and investigate further.
The Archivist is a researcher who travels in the US, checking out local newspaper archives from late 1800's and early 1900s - usually in Microfiche that have not yet been digitised and suppressed. He uncovers more interesting things than you can imagine.

If you had any trust remaining in the medical system, the findings of Fransisco TG into the real functioning of the human heart should give you pause for thought.

Considering how heart attacks seem to be so prevalent these days, you might wonder how much might be due to the persisting misunderstanding and denial by mainstream medics about the true structure.
