112 - Palma - settling in
🇪🇸 It's already our second week here in Palma and we have been making the most of spring on a mediterranean island. I have been out and about on my foldable bicycle and V and I have done a few walks together along the beach. We also got back into our routine at the Tennis Club with regular gym, Tai Chi and swimming - nice!
Wednesday evening we had the bitcoin meetup. It was fun to meet up with Chris and the gang again. A few familiar faces and others who are new or just passing through. They held their conference last July and they are planning another one this summer - so be sure to join if you are here on the island. Many interesting contacts and lots of discussion on Jurisdictional Arbitrage and challenges dealing with the banks. It is extraordinary how governments are hell-bent on making their currencies and banking systems difficult or even impossible to use. The bitcoin use-case gets stronger by the day. Welcome to the new newsletter subscribers!
Sunday and Thursday evenings there are Spanish Language meetups here in Palma. In the last two years of travel I not made much effort to learn the languages of the places that I visit, neither Spanish nor Thai. Maybe I will make a start in that direction in the coming months.
Lively as it is here - especially on Friday and Saturday nights, it is not quite as internationally cosmopolitan as Bangkok (or Hong Kong used to be) but the island has lots to recommend it and, being an island, the Sovereign Individual playbook will likely apply more and more over time.
End of empire bureaucracy
Some of you will know that I lived for some years in Belgium. This past week the Belgian bureaucracy required me to get some paper signed and stamped by the local consulate. First problem - Belgian Consultate in Palma has closed - the nearest one is in Madrid.
I naively assumed that, with two other nationalities to choose from, one of them might help. The British were thoroughly unpleasant and unhelpful. "F*-off" basically - "you're on your own with that!". The Irish Consultate has a physical presence here and the guy there seemed like he wanted to help but after a day of prevarication he said "HQ says NO - I am not allowed to help you".
Surely the Belgians will help since it is their form? Eventually I manage to get in contact by phone with the Spanish Honorary Consulate of Belgium. She seemed pleasant and intelligent - even if she did not like the Swiss and was not happy that the Irish had sent me to her. She was ready to help until she found out that I was not Belgian - she can only help Belgians!
Another day of emails and phone calls and the bureaucrats in Brussels suggest to go to the local Spanish police. I try that. Local police will not help because the form is not in Spanish (only in Dutch, French and English). Another day of delay and I manage to get the form in Spanish and go back to the police. Surprise - now they will not help because I am not a resident of Palma.
I am better than all this - so I did not let it get to me and I did find a solution in the end but if you ever wonder why the West is failing and why the Empire is collapsing, this story might help you to see and understand.
Great Taking - The conclusion and implications
Back in Issues #104 and #105 I shared with you David Webb's work and analysis, explaining how the Banksters have weaponised the financial system against investors and in their favour whenever it inevitably fails. They tested this and established supporting case-law with the Lehman Brothers crash.
Christ Martenson is one of many who has picked up on this work and he has done his own deep investigation (shared via a whole series of investigative videos) to substantiate and understand the claims. You will likely want to listen to his conclusion and reflect on the implications yourself.
Following this, Chris did one further interview with David Webb here. You will see that this indeed has been decades in the making - pure evil to which many are now awakening and taking action. Chris welcomes participants in the legal and other actions that he is now taking forward. The cat is out of the bag.
“There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded people are those who choose to ignore what they already know.”

🛠️ Project Updates
The following are updates from some projects that I am following, supporting and collaborating with. What are you doing?
Listen and learn - there is no excuse
Last week I shared the exciting developments around Fedimint and MutinyWallet - the industrial-strength, resilient and accessible solution. This week I am focusing on Cashu. Cashu is on the leading edge with extraordinary innovations emerging.
Cashu is a free and open-source Chaumian e-cash system built for Bitcoin. Cashu offers near-perfect privacy for users of custodial Bitcoin applications. In this workshop Calle explains the basics of Cashu protocol, points out some interesting projects and demonstrates how to mint and redeem e-cash tokens. This is a complete A-Z of the developments of the last year. Be amazed.
This is being actively developed by a distributed team of excellent developers all over the world. You can follow the developers here and engage with them over Nostr.
For those who want to go to the next level - you are welcome to join in the discussion and contribute.
Recall too that I am offering Cashu demos. Just ask me and I will send you your first bitcoin using Chaumian eCash. Step-by-step instructions here.

This is how it works
Pournelle's Iron Law of Bureaucracy, formulated by science fiction author Jerry Pournelle in 1970, states that "in any bureaucratic organisation there will be two kinds of people: those who work to further the actual goals of the organisation, and those who work for the organisation itself." This means that some individuals within a bureaucracy prioritise the interests of the institution over its intended purpose, leading to inefficiencies and misalignment between the organisation's mission and its actions.
The implications of this are that the evil organisation cannot be changed from within since to have influence or the power to make changes you need to be part of that organisation and to become the evil that you want(ed) to change!
This reminds me of Voice or exit - we talked about this back in Issue 07.
Mania implanted
Thanks to one of my subscribers who pointed out this one to me. I do follow Unherd in my RSS feeds but hd not spotted this one yet. It is a scary read and will clarify to you once more how the medical profession has been weaponised against the population. She concludes with the latest implanted mania - that of Climate Emergency - it is well past time to wake up!
ICYMI: Lionel Shriver, the author, also wrote The Mandibles - the book that I featured back in Issue 48. This is absolutely required reading along with Matt Odell's subsequent interview with Lionel here.
All of this evil of implanted memories has been independently researched and validated by William Ramsay - you might want to check out this investigation - if you dare:
One Year on - can you see it yet?
A year ago I highlighted this one as video of the week. I did not get much feedback on it but perhaps with another year of hindsight you can see it now?
We have been here before. In the darkest chapter of German history during WW2, at a time when incited mobs threw stones into the windows of innocent shop owners and women and children were cruelly humiliated in the open, Dietrich Bonhoeffer (a young pastor) began to speak publicly against the atrocities.
Click to watch and let me know if you can see it. Happy to discuss!
Unthinkable thinking
Well done to Andrew helping people to think through the unthinkable. As he says, there is no magic bullet and he may be working at a tier above yours but the principles apply. So, what are you doing - what is your impression?
Local investigators are everywhere
While back in Belfast recently I met up with Richard - well awake to what is happening and he is doing and sharing his own research - all of which is thoroughly cross-referenced to supporting sources. Check out his thinking on a topic we have discussed here already a few times.
April 13th, 2024
You may have got caught up in all the Empire propaganda around Israel and Iran but the world is a big place and people are awake to the evil nonsense that their governments are imposing and they are pushing back. A cynic (or a realist perhaps?) might say or realise that the warmongering is to distract from the important things going on. Voice or Exit. Here are just two examples from the day.
Firstly in Japan
Thousands of people rallied in Japan on April 13, 2024 against the World Health Organisation, the WHO's proposed "Pandemic Treaty" and the COVID-19 crimes.
The latest draft document proposed by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is a clear admission of their absolute complete and total failure. The so-called "Pandemic Treaty" must be rejected.
And in Thailand
Songkran or เทศกาลสงกรานต์, the Thai New Year, is the most important festival in Thailand. With celebrations lasting up to a week, Thai New Year marks the end of the dry season with religious ceremonies and water fights everywhere - good old-fashioned fun together with others.
🤔 Closing Thoughts
This week I have something different - a pattern break, as Jason would say - to help you see things more clearly.
Most people believe what they have been told by government and officials and in the history books from school. Others have eyes open, look around and think critically. Which group do you belong to?
Jon was recently on a walk in the countryside with his dog and indeed these things cannot be unseen - even if the government does not want you to see them.
Milan, Melbourne, Dublin and then Copenhagen
Not to be left out of the narrative, if you live in or near one of these cities (and some of my subscribers certainly do) you might want to go out and look around.
After Edinburgh last week, MLB points out quite a few completely ludicrous things in the official narrative that people just believe.
Then, right on schedule (more on this next week), another "Notre Dame Moment": Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
Once awake you will see this nonsense everywhere you look - there are NPCs aplenty - do not give them your energy. You are better than that.
